Rental Terms

1. Booking & Deposit (proposed)
A refundable security deposit is charged online at the time of booking. The
deposit amount is shown per package and is separate from the rental price.

2. Delivery & Collection (proposed)
Equipment is delivered and collected within the selected time window for
the Dubai area chosen at booking, subject to the delivery fee shown.

3. Equipment Condition (proposed)
All equipment is cleaned and function-tested before each rental. Customers
are asked to report any pre-existing issue immediately on delivery.

4. Damage & Loss (proposed)
Damage beyond normal wear, or loss of equipment, may result in a deduction
from the deposit up to its full value, or an additional charge for
replacement cost. Exact terms pending business owner approval.

5. Identification (proposed)
A valid Emirates ID or passport matching the booking name may be required
on delivery.

6. Rental Extensions (proposed)
Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the
scheduled return time.

7. Own Accounts (proposed)
Customers may use their own PlayStation Network account at their own risk;
GameBox Dubai is not responsible for account-related issues.
