GameBox Dubai collects the personal information needed to fulfil a booking or event inquiry: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. We use this to confirm bookings and inquiries over WhatsApp and email, to arrange delivery and collection, and to process payments securely via Ziina. We do not sell your personal information. It's shared only with the service providers needed to run the business — Ziina for payment processing, and our booking database provider — and is kept only as long as needed to fulfil your booking and meet our accounting obligations.
